This annual event gives our Association the opportunity to showcase the region’s best new homes and the community a chance to see the newest homebuilding innovations and design trends. This year, the Home Tour is proud to feature more than 50 entries ranging from new communities, featuring traditional single-family homes, to one-of-a-kind homes designed by the area’s leading custom homebuilders.
The Home Tour stretches from Galt and Ione to Yuba City and Marysville and everything in between. With home prices ranging from the low $200,000s to custom homes valued at more than $3 million—there’s something for everyone. While you are touring these beautifully designed and decorated homes, don’t forget to take advantage of the special events that are scheduled at many of the homes on the tour. Check the Sacramento Bee’s New Home Section on Saturday, October 6 and 13 for the official Home Tour map and a complete listing of the scheduled events as well as the many homebuilders who have pledged to make a contribution to HomeAid Sacramento with every home sold during the Home Tour. HomeAid is the philanthropic arm of the North State Building Industry Association, which builds dignified housing where homeless men, women and children can rebuild their lives.
