This Agreement between Prosper Media and its users will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, and filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sacramento or U.S. District Court for the State of California, Eastern District, 9th Judicial District.
Prosper Media also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site.
Prosper Media may use anything you transmit or post for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting.
